What.

Is Up?

So I've been neglecting my blog.  I've mentioned it before that when I put too much on my plate, I just abandon my plate.  I didn't think I was trying to do too much these past couple of months, but I guess I have been between my workouts, working my GEICO job, my personal trainer class, working on my Team Beachbody coaching, blogging and trying to keep up with my friends and family.  I've been getting a bit overwhelmed which leads to me doing the cut and run.  So I'm slowing myself down a bit - two things I must do every day other than keep up with my peops are A) live the fit life by working out and eating clean and 2) blog about it.

Well, I fought that stupid "But I don't wanna workout" monster today.  I just don't get how I can be uber gung ho until about 2:30 in the afternoon, and then that ridiculous voice pops in my head and I just want to curl up on the couch and snack on non-fit life snackies.  Oy.  What is that about?  But I pushed past that LAZY voice, and got my workout done (and did not snack on loads of little chocolates).  Even when that LAZY voice hung on through the whole workout - I kept on going.  I just kept reminding myself of how great it feels when the exercising is OVER.

In other news, I'm getting some sweet calluses on my hands from lifting weights.  I'm actually pretty proud of 'em.

So how are you?

As well as tasting fab, cod is an amazing low-calorie source of protein - rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Though it really doesn't sound good - food rich in omega-3 fatty acids can help control blood pressure, protect against cancer and can even protect agai

It's not just the brand communicating customer stories of everything from joint and back pain relief to decreased swelling in legs and joints after wearing them. Just do a quick Google search for ‘Fit Flops' and you'll find blog postings and articles galore with all sorts of testaments to the comfort and pain-relieving qualities of these shoes. I'd be remiss if I didn't also note that there were statements to the contrary, but I like to stay optimistic…

Cost for one… special features cost the studios and/or labels extra money to create.  Paying talent to record commentaries, hiring a production company to produce a making-of or behind the scenes featurette, etc all cost.  That investment gets a better return rate on Blu-ray since the discs are priced roughly 30% more than DVD.

My portfolio of sites continues to grow, with a few acquisitions and new sites launched. Coolest Gadgets is still my busiest site and usually most profitable, though I have certainly seen a dip in revenue which I’m putting down to people not spending as much on gadgets at the moment. I’m combatting this by experimenting with different stream, diversifying and building more traffic.

A successful offering by LogMeIn will be a big test of just how much appetite for growth plays the public markets have. While the company is profitable, it only became so in the first quarter of this year, posting a profit of $2.1 million on revenue of $17.2 million. The provider of remote connectivity software for enterprises and consumers reported a net loss in 2008, although revenue grew quickly, doubling to $51.7 million last year.

It is a known fact that people do not make a purchase on the first solicitation. You may want to send out your message more than six times to make a sale. Thats why it’s important to save the emails you have collected from the free report downloads. To do this I recommend you use an Autoresponder like Aweber or GetResponse. Both of these come with How-To-Videos that make it easy to work with.

Pills are only one of many male herbal supplements available for men. They are all made from natural herbs, and it is safe to use. Unlike surgery, it will be a slow but steady progress towards a larger and thicker penis.
