Well hello self-sabotage, thanks for stopping by, now GO AWAY!

I've been easing up on my clean eating and workouts slowly but surely.  And all I have to say about it is, UGH!  What is that about?  Why do I do that?  I start to see success so I start to ease up on the discipline.  In my first five weeks of ChaLEAN Extreme, I dropped 14 pounds.  Hooray!  Then week 6 I ended up with more "Whoops!" days that "Yeah!" days.  Oy...luckily, I'm nipping it in the bud right now instead of giving up.  So I'll get to the end of my round of ChaLEAN Extreme and I won't be able to say I was perfect all the way through - whatever, who's perfect anyway?

So I'm back on track, and I feel great aside from my weird little sore throat thing that's happening right now.
