Little Bit Overwhelmed

Hello hello hello. So I have this horrible habit...when I get overwhelmed, I tend to just stop. And yes, I know it's silly. Anywho, this last week at work has just been CRAZY! I am happy to report that while I've been neglecting my blog, I have NOT been neglecting my workouts. I am successfully into Month 2 of ChaLEAN Extreme - the Push phase. And this phase is a total monster - the goal is to hit muscle failure at 6 - 8 reps which means heavy weights and lots of cursing. So far I'm down 10 pounds and several inches - woot woot! I'm just taking it one day at a time...which I will start doing with my blog too. :)

Do you have any bad habits that you need to work on?
