Today is all about the excuse busters. It's Monday, and Monday is one of the hardest days for me to stick to my goals. So like yesterday, I'm going to be prepared for that voice to chime in with the thoughts of "You need to relax after work not workout," or "Just stop at the store on the way home. Who wants to eat healthy food after a day like today?"
Here are some of my excuse busters:

Excuse: I'm just so tired.
Buster: Yes, that's great. But aren't you also tired of your jeans "shrinking" every time they come out of the dryer?
Excuse: I just don't feel like working out.
Excuse: I just don't feel like working out.
Buster: Oh yes, but won't it feel so amazing to reach my goals?
Excuse: I already blew my diet today so why bother working out?
Excuse: I already blew my diet today so why bother working out?
Buster: All the more reason to make my workout count! I can't undo the munching, but I CAN do the work now and create success instead of creating failure.
