I absolutely love the message in this because what's really important is making today your very best day. What happened yesterday doesn't matter, and neither does what you plan to do tomorrow. It's all about right now.
Losing weight can be stressful! So don't get too overwhelmed with thinking about how much farther you have to go - instead think about how you are succeeding at this very moment. Yesterday's workout doesn't matter today (whether you finished it or skipped it) because today is a new day. It's a new opportunity for success. What are you doing right now to make yours a fit life?
I guess what I'm trying to say is just do your best because that's what counts. At the end of the day, when you look at yourself in the mirror, can you say that you did your best? Focus on getting an A for effort, and the results will follow!
