Bored? Mix It Up!

You know the feeling - you're driving home from work at the end of the day, and the thought of working out just doesn't seem that appealing. It's time for the internal struggle. You want to change your life, and you want to be healthy, but you just don't want to push play on that workout. What do you do?

Why not do a different workout? Sure, it's not on your program's schedule, but you might just have a lot of fun! I did just this very thing the other night. I was not looking forward to my workout - I was Turbo'd out. So instead of skipping the workout, I popped in some Hip Hop Abs. And you know what? I had a really good time! Just mixing things up for a night really rejuvenated me.

Next time you are feeling light on the motivation, try something different or an old favorite you haven't done in a while.
